De Perfecte CV offers no guarantee of job placement, interviews, or promotion as a result of using its professional services. We have no control over the decisions of potential employers, labor market conditions, or how you conduct your job search.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT MADE BETWEEN YOU, WHETHER PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY, AND PERFECTE CV.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

FEES

The fee for our services must be paid in full before Perfecte CV will commence the interview process and draft your career documents.

If you ask Perfecte CV to make substantial changes to a draft resume, such as a change of job focus, strategy, target audience, or anything that requires complete rethinking or re-strategizing, the changes will be considered a rewrite and you will incur extra charges.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

For all services purchased, you acknowledge that this is a collaborative process between us. You agree to perform suggested activities to generate the best job search results and to maintain communication with our office. By not cooperating and collaborating with Perfecte CV, you prevent us from providing you with the best products and services.

Furthermore, you agree that all information provided to Perfecte CV is true, correct, and complete. You shall not use false information, impersonate someone else, or otherwise mislead us.

You agree to comply with the Homework Instructions, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

WHAT WE DO

We will provide our services to you in accordance with the following procedures:

  1. We will analyze your existing resume and/or employment timeline and conduct a resume interview.

  2. We will conduct your interview at the agreed-upon date and time. We will provide you with details on how to best prepare.

  3. After your interview, complete your “HOMEWORK” and submit it to the Perfecte CV e-mail.

  4. Once we have your resume interview notes and your homework, we will begin creating your resume draft. Submitting homework prior to your interview does not expedite the process.

  5. Your draft will be delivered within 1-5 business days from receipt of all required materials.

  6. Once you review the draft and provide edits through e-mail, we will finalize the remaining items in your package (e.g., LinkedIn Profile Content, Cover Letter, Biography).

JOB SEARCH RESPONSIBILITY

The client agrees that while Perfecte CV will provide tools, ideas, advice, and data, we cannot be responsible for changes in market conditions, job postings, or your level of effort in the job search. NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT IS MADE OR IMPLIED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. Your success in the job market is your sole responsibility.

Your service includes professionally written documents, which are your responsibility to review for accuracy and completeness. We will work with you during the edit phase before finalization. It is your responsibility to approve documents before using them.

REVISION POLICY

The services provided by Perfecte CV include an edit process to meet your reasonable satisfaction. A revision is defined as minor when changes to the text or content remain within the same job roles/industry. Substantial changes, such as a shift in job focus or strategy, are considered a rewrite and will incur additional charges.

Any edits requested after the final version is delivered will incur a revision fee, determined based on the details of the request. Perfecte CV is not liable for any damage caused by omissions, false statements, or inaccuracies in career documents.

REFUND POLICY

No Refunds Once Homework is Submitted: After homework is submitted, no refunds will be issued. Fees for career documents are non-refundable as Perfecte CV provides custom services for each client. The non-refundable payment covers activities such as client consultation, writing, editing, and finalization of documents.

Refunds will be issued only under these limited circumstances:

  1. Full Refund: If payment is received and services are cancelled more than 48 hours before a scheduled interview.

  2. Partial Refund: If services are cancelled less than 48 hours before a scheduled interview or after the interview but before homework submission, a refund will be issued less a €75.00 fee.

No refunds will be provided for failure to secure employment or interviews. In exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Perfecte CV, a credit for future work may be offered.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perfecte CV, its employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages, or loss of data. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Perfecte CV, its employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the Netherlands. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The fee provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Perfecte CV reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a client relationship, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances after work has begun, as set forth in our refund policy.

We value client satisfaction and aim to work with you until you are satisfied with your documents and services.
